We will happily take your purchase back for a full refund if you are not satisfied. Due to the nature of our business,all items must be unworn and must have tags attached. All formals without tags are subject to a 20% stocking charge when returned. You have 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. We will not be responsible for return postage. If the 30 days period has passed, you will be issued a store credit. After 90 days, we will not return or exchange any items.

We will exchange sizes for you, with no postage cost to you! We will mail the correct size to you and include a return label.

Lost or Stolen Shipments: All items are shipped priority USPS mail unless noted otherwise. All packages come with delivery confirmation. Any stolen packages will become a claim with USPS. Any lost packages with proper documentation will be replaced. We do not offer a refund in these cases.
Size Exchange Only/ Non refundable items:
The following items are FINAL SALES:
All baptism and communion wear is non refundable. You may only exchange the size.
All hair accessories, including veils are non refundable or exchangeable.
All monogrammed and personalized items can only be exchanged if there is an error in embroidery.
